160 Days to Dove 2023

Just like that, a little over 5 months to go until September 1st. Saw my first white wing of the year a couple weeks ago. Dove numbers should be pretty stellar this year.

If I actually used a 10ga on a dove hunt I would pick my shots and stick to the 50-70 yarders lol

If you hit it Good, Nothing would be left.

2 Years ago, while with Dad 0 6 Group, My first bird was flying straight at me, I hit with just a standard dove load, The only thing that hit the ground was, Im not kidding, was the Head and some feathers. The body just Vaporized in mid air.

My nephew hit one flying towards him with a 20g. Nothing left of the bird. Lesson learned, let them fly if they are zooming towards your head

Dove numbers look beast back east. Good hatch. NY is full of crybaby commies and protects them. Gonna try PA this upcoming season. Lol, Klaus has depression cause he doesn’t get to retrieve enough birds up here!
