Unforseen personal challenges lead me to put my camper up for offer.

26' tow feet 23' camper.
Ac heat unit on ceiling flat tv, radio cd player manufacturer installed gas stove multi fuel refrigerator Full kitchen bath sleeps 6 with slide out open, dining table and slide out couch opened into beds.
Beds are queen at north end of trailer, 2 person dining table bed and two person fold down couch on the slide out.
Neither kitchen nor bath/toilet has been used in the 3-4yrs i have had it. I do not cook or poop and pee in my campers as I dont like the odor nor clean out.
I forget the weight but it is easily towable with my F150. It is currently i Flagstaff at a friend's home.
Starting discussions at 12000.00 I'm into it at 15000.00 can work mix cash and trade or maybe a side by side
