A Buddy handed me one with the outer feed tube broke off at the receiver. The threads are still in the receiver. After I can get the threads out, can I rethread the end of the tube and use it again? sure it will be 1 inch shorter but might still work. 🤔 When I took it apart, it still has the cosmolean all over everything. Looks to be in great shape except for that issue.

If everything else is in good shape I would just buy a replacement! The rifles sell for $325 to $450, pre covid. So they are worth fixing right. The outer tube normally sells for $20 to $40.
If you can get the parts gun at a good price, they are fun to shoot or you could make an easy repair and sell it. Worse comes to worse a machine shop could make a new one for $75 or so. DR
