That would explain it for us. Once again, one of my kids drew a great random tag that we only put in for to get the point cuz our schedule was already so full. Wasn’t expected with such long shot odds.

That happened with Utah DNR once. My uncle thought he drew the Henry's. He got mad when he found out it was a mistake and was refunded.

He ended up drawing it with max points five years later.

Could be. For some it may be the inflation and also fear of a recession, WW3, fuel prices, global warming, Bigfoot, ammo shortage, sand in their underwear, cheating girlfriend, inclimate weather, overpriced prostitutes, and the price of tea in China may all be factors for application declines. Being I was hit first thing in the morning, I sure wish I would have swung for the fence on my first choice, but I will be happy with the tag I drew. 😁
