Geez, here we are, posting on perhaps the best devised hunt forum on the web, and we STILL have some Admin and members with no avatars.

C'mon folks, let's see some color next to your username/posts!

If'n any of you need help, the moderating crew can help.

Uh, what's that you say? Some of the Mod's don't have avatars? Ain't it shameless?

You have to much free time :D Seeing how I was a soldier and spent some time with the Cav I don't think that would be appropriate......, got anything else? I tried to use a couple from my photos but it wouldn't let me.

Had to take another sip of bourbon after seeing that one. I noticed that DutchmanAZ had his camera with him last time we hunted together, didn't realize he took a picture of me and then sent it to you.

I have one in my photobucket that I would like to use, but I can't get it to post, and I ain't smart enough to figure out why....

See if this helps.

Go to your Photobucket account and right click on the photo you want.

Left click "Save As" and save it to your PC, probably in your My Pictures folder. (Once you save it, it will then prompt you to rename the file [if you wish].) Click Save.

Once you have it saved in your PC, click your Profile button on the forum.

Scroll down to the Avatar Control Panel, and click the Browse button.

Double left click the picture you saved from Photobucket, and then click Submit. You should now have your avatar.

It keeps telling me that it cannot be greater than 180 pixels in height and width and no more than 104KB. So guess that I need to reduce my picture in photobucket.

Chief, if that's the case, I suggest you Save Image As the picture from Photobucket to your PC as I explained.

There's free picture resizing software available on the web. Picasa is my favorite and gets my vote as the best picture resizing/cataloging tool available.

If you want, you can send me an email with your full-size picture from Photobucket attached. I'll resize it for you and send it back. You can then "save" it to your PC and then upload it, using the forum avatar control panel. Up to you.

just checking to see if mine is still up and working.

This goat all but made the P&Y book. missed it by 6/10 of deductions. actually grossed 4/10 over. Not bad for my first goat, and the dumbest ( most curious) goat in Wyoming at the time. :D :D 15 yards and he came to me. LOL..
