This is Porter creek. It runs into Scott’s Reservoir in Lakeside. All the lakes are in flood and there will be great trout fishing below show low lake and lake of the woods in a week or so.

Here is the Verder River downstream of Camp Verde with 40,000cfs. Some depths at the site are 40 feet.

I’m betting that we are going to let water run through the salt in phoenix for a couple of months. Not enough reservoirs to hold water for our exploding population. The water in lakeside runs to Taylor and merges with silver creek and then feeds farms all the way to Holbrook where it merges with the little Colorado. It’s a shame the Nation does not catch much of it for use with their livestock. Instead they are sueing upstream users wanting to stop all use of the little Colorado by non tribal

This should be a great your time visit Muddy Falls. I was there and it was great but the volume this year should be mush higher.

Plans are in the works to raise Bartlett Dam by 80'. It will encompass Horseshoe and a whole lot more. Too bad it's not done already.

The first pic looks like the 3rd crossing on Houstan Mesa Rd, the pic with DUKE is Beaver Valley crossing, All the rest are further up on East Verde River.

Lots of Rain here in Star Valley from middle of last night going forward into week. Gavinspop is driving , says its a Blizzard on top of the rim this morning. Just some flurries so far here at house !!

Yeah the rim was a white out. There was very dense fog on top of the snow. Made travel extremely slow on the way down to payson. 15mph for a good chunk. Usually takes me 75 minutes. Took 2.5 hours today.

Was headed to see several different patients south of town and multiple roads were flooded. So now I'm eating lunch at Mackys lol.

Welp. Got turned around near Christopher Creek. Had to get a hotel in Payson for the night. No traffic going north to flag or east to show low tonight according to the cop in star valley. Bummer.. im missing seeing my 5th grader off to camp tomorrow morning and sleeping away from the wife and fam.. Crappy circumstances for sure.
