Yeah that's what we've got as well. My favorite part of the year is September elk rut. Last year I had 5 bulls surrounding us that were bugling back and forth at each other. I watched some videos and learned how to bugle back and man it was exciting! They'd come within 20 feet of the front porch and just stare at me. Such a rush..

Thanks! I love smoking different meats, especially wild game. Until recently I didn't bother with reductions, sauces, garnishes, etc. But they can make the meal, so now I'm dabbling with all kinds of new stuff.

It all started with a smoke pork loin that I had a bunch of left over marinade from. I boiled it down in to a really awesome glaze and drizzled it all over the top. I'll have to find that picture.
