We covered this is another thread some time back. Someone suggested a clean up in an area. We run into issues with BLM, County, NFS and others in trying to organizing these. They are a great ideas but a major planning and organizing issue. I think the best solution is pick up what you see and pack it out. We will never cure stupid and while I would love to do something about the Adam Henry's that plague our world, we are stuck with them.
