I finished my class 3 weeks ago. Got card in the mail. Point never showed up. Called G&F after first week and they said it shows up in 1-2 weeks. Time to call again I guess. Anyone else see delays like this? I'm wondering if they screwed up their records or what.

It took quite some time a few years ago. It didn't make a difference for the hunts I was applying for so I didn't sweat it 
I read something that you take about a month to show up! I was going to help my dad sign up for it to get him an extra point in this years draw, but the website said if you don’t finish the class atleast 30 days before the draw opens, the new bonus point won’t count towards that draw. Maybe that means it takes about 30 days to show up?? Not quite sure, just figured the info might be helpful!
As I recall when I asked, G&F told me that even though it may not be on the portal, the info is recorded in their system and applied to hunts. It has been awhile since I asked them so don’t trust my memory.

Ive taken the coarse 4 times, only one shows up, Now I feel cheated. But I got the card, It will show up soon Nathan.
The lady at region 1 yesterday told me that if you took the course before 1980 they would not count it. But I could take an online course for $150 that requires no field day and get it that way. I laughed and told her no thanks I would not spend $150 for a point. I’ve taken it also in other states with each of my boys and I’m done. They would not honor a Texas hunter Ed card which is where I last took it
